In order to embroider your design it will need to be digitized into a stitch file. For simple wording such as names etc we do not charge a set up cost. However, if you have a designed logo then we make a one off charge of £8.00 to set up the file. The file is then yours to use again against any future orders you make. Once digitized we will email a copy of the stitched design for your approval.
